In the well-maintained garden, you will find private parking spaces and a stunning pool area with an outdoor shower, seating, and sun loungers. The pool has a sliding cover, which helps retain heat and makes it more eco-friendly. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Around the pool, there are plenty of sun loungers and parasols from which you can enjoy the breathtaking sea view.
For relaxed evenings, the house also features a covered barbecue area. The firewood for the barbecue is included. A washing machine is also available.
