The main house, ideal for up to 4 guests, welcomes you with a large, beautifully landscaped garden, where you can harvest fresh seasonal vegetables such as tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and garlic. The garden area features a spacious covered terrace, perfect for cozy evenings outdoors.
Inside the main house, you will find a stylish living room with two comfortable sofas, a large satellite TV, and a spacious dining table. Adjacent is a well-equipped kitchen with a practical serving hatch to the living area. The house has two bedrooms: one with a cozy double bed and another with two single beds and a desk. The modern-designed bathroom is centrally located between the two bedrooms and features a walk-in shower and a washing machine.
If the booking includes 5 guests or more, the guest house on the lower level of the property is also available. This unit accommodates two additional guests and includes a living-dining area with a sofa, dining table, and functional kitchen. From here, enjoy breathtaking sea views and relax on the second covered terrace. The guest house also features a bedroom with two single beds and another bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
A special highlight of Casa Pilar is the modern pool area on the lower level, surrounded by palm trees, creating a tropical atmosphere. Here, you can enjoy privacy, ample sunbathing space, and an outdoor shower. The main house has convenient access to the pool via a garden staircase. The guest house has its own separate entrance and private parking, but it is only rented together with the main house to ensure your privacy.
Thanks to its peaceful yet central location, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are easily accessible by car.
